II. The rights of users and data subjects
With regard to the data processing to be described in more detail below, users and data subjects have the right
to confirmation of whether data concerning them is being processed, information about the data being processed, further information about the nature of the data processing, and copies of the data (cf. also Art. 15 GDPR);
to correct or complete incorrect or incomplete data (cf. also Art. 16 GDPR);
to the immediate deletion of data concerning them (cf. also Art. 17 GDPR), or, alternatively, if further processing is necessary as stipulated in Art. 17 Para. 3 GDPR, to restrict said processing per Art. 18 GDPR;
to receive copies of the data concerning them and/or provided by them and to have the same transmitted to other providers/controllers (cf. also Art. 20 GDPR);
to file complaints with the supervisory authority if they believe that data concerning them is being processed by the controller in breach of data protection provisions (see also Art. 77 GDPR).
In addition, the controller is obliged to inform all recipients to whom it discloses data of any such corrections, deletions, or restrictions placed on processing the same per Art. 16, 17 Para. 1, 18 GDPR. However, this obligation does not apply if such notification is impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. Nevertheless, users have a right to information about these recipients.
Likewise, under Art. 21 GDPR, users and data subjects have the right to object to the controller's future processing of their data pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. In particular, an objection to data processing for the purpose of direct advertising is permissible.
III. Information about the data processing
Consent management, analytics and external services
We use CookieConsent v3 to store voluntary functionality, analytics and marketing choices and pass them to Google Consent Mode v2. Necessary security and page technology operates independently. Analytics and advertising storage is denied by default. Users can change or withdraw their choice through Privacy settings in every footer.
Google Tag Manager (GTM-TKW4P8BP), Google Analytics 4 (G-7GT7L56V4X) and the Meta Pixel (1047451224737077) load only on the basis of your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Google Tag Manager itself sets no cookies but delivers only the tags permitted by your consent choice. Google Analytics 4 loads only after analytics consent and processes usage data (page views, device and browser information, truncated IP address) to measure and analyse usage of this site; the processor is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, with further processing by Google LLC (USA) under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. The Meta Pixel loads only after marketing consent and processes interaction data for reach measurement and ad optimisation; the controller is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland, with further processing by Meta Platforms, Inc. (USA) under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Analytics and marketing data are retained for a maximum of 14 months. You can withdraw consent at any time, with future effect, via Privacy settings in the footer.
Cal.com is not loaded on initial page view. The booking interface appears only after an explicit interaction or optional functionality consent. Cal.com then processes the information entered for the booking on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). A successful booking sends only non-personal status data to consent-aware measurement; name, email, phone, booking ID and meeting URL are not sent to analytics or Meta.
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in a functioning, spam-free contact channel. Verification is server-side; page content and contact details remain readable even without an active captcha challenge. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, with processing under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses; technical identifiers (IP address, device and browser characteristics) are processed for the duration of the form session.
