All-inclusive facilitation, from A to Z

Most L&D teams that book us have already sat through a vendor pitch that promised transformation and delivered a slide deck. We run differently. Every Corporathon engagement is all-inclusive facilitation, meaning we own the tool setup, the coaching, the challenge design, and the documentation, so your L&D team does not have to become AI experts to run this. You bring the people and the problems. We bring the tools, the structure, and the coaches who keep every team unstuck. The whole clock, from the first discovery call to a shipped, pitched prototype, runs in just 1 week.

02

The lead-up, days 1 to 4

  1. Discovery call. We learn your team, your goals, and where AI could move the needle. This is the call you book on cal.com.
  2. Tools and challenges call. We agree on the real problems your team will tackle and match them to the right tools from our stack: Cursor, Lovable, n8n, Gamma, Figma Make, Claude Code, Custom GPTs, Codex, ElevenLabs, Claude Cowork, NotebookLM.
  3. Finalisation. We lock the participant list, the schedule, and any data or access the teams will need, agreed and secured before anyone touches a keyboard.
  4. Hackathon prep. We set up environments, accounts, and the tool stack so day one is spent building, not configuring logins.
03

The hackathon itself, 1 to 5 days depending on format

  1. Tool workshop. A fast, hands-on introduction to the tools, so every participant starts from the same footing regardless of prior AI exposure.
  2. Hackathon sprint. Teams build on real data with coaches circulating the room. This is where the actual upskilling happens, not in a lecture beforehand.
  3. Result pitches. Every team presents its working prototype. You leave with shipped output, measurably high adoption, and an internal AI literacy measures record.
04

How a hackathon day actually flows

Day one opens with a short AI foundations session and a hands-on tool workshop, so nobody starts behind regardless of technical background. Teams then form around the real challenges agreed during the tools call, run a fast ideation round, and kick off the build sprint. By the end of the first 24 hours, every team has a running prototype, rough but real and tied to their own data. On multi-day formats, day two and beyond means continued building, a look at what deployment would take, presentation of finished solutions, and a handoff with documentation so the work does not evaporate once we leave the building.

What you get at the end

Every engagement produces 3 to 5 ready-to-use prototypes built on your real data, an impact report documenting adoption and time saved, a skills library so the learning is repeatable inside your company, an IT handoff package for a clean transition to production, and a cohort of AI champions who can train their own sub-teams going forward. The format can contribute as a context-appropriate measure supporting AI literacy. The company must assess whether its overall program is appropriate for the relevant roles and risks.

06

Follow-on engagements

Most teams do not stop after one hackathon. An AI Implementation Sprint (2 to 4 weeks) hardens a shipped prototype into a production-grade tool. A Recurring Hackathon Series (quarterly) keeps the momentum going department by department. A full AI Enablement Program (3 to 6 months) rolls adoption across the whole organisation. Pricing for all formats and follow-ons is on request, shaped around your team rather than a fixed package.

07

Enablement depth: training that becomes operating capacity

This domain should own the difference between AI training and AI enablement. Training explains tools. Enablement changes what teams can do next week. That means every core page should connect skills to operating capacity: fewer manual updates, faster customer replies, better internal search, more confident managers, and teams that can choose the right AI tool without waiting for a central expert.

08

Why certification alone is not enough

AI certification has search demand, but companies rarely buy a certificate for its own sake. They buy reduced risk, visible progress and a workforce that can use AI responsibly. The Corporathon answer is to keep the certificate or literacy proof, then attach it to a shipped workflow. That makes the record credible for HR and compliance and useful for the business function.

What teams say after the week

Short feedback from hackathons with engineering, marketing, operations and leadership teams.

Our engineers built a code-review assistant in two days that the whole team still uses. No training ever did that.

The whole agency was building. Marketers with zero coding background shipped content pipelines that saved real hours.

Procurement workflows that used to sit on a roadmap were prototyped and demoed inside the same week.

Our leadership cohort left with five working agents and a completely different sense of what AI can do for us.
